Booking terms and conditions

Please find below terms and conditions that apply to all our bookings.

Check-in time from 15:00 to 19:00.

Check-out time 11:00.

Please contact us for different check in times.

We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount.

After receiving the deposit the booking will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email.

The remaining amount can be paid before arrival via bank transfer, or by cash on site at arrival.

When cancelling a booking more than 2 weeks in advance, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

When cancelling within 2 weeks of the arrival date, we cannot refund your deposit.

Portugal has a tourist tax of €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of €14. This tourist tax will be added to your booking.

All guests must be 18 years or older.

It is forbidden to smoke inside the Quinta.
